What happened to Steven Maccash?
A man from Rolla was ejected off his motorcycle near Rolla after colliding with a deer on Tuesday night, leaving him dead. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reports that a Harley Davidson motorbike was involved in an accident on County Road 7340, about four miles southwest of Rolla, shortly after 10 p.m.
The collision happened when 49-year-old Steven Maccash was riding east on County Road 7340 when he collided with a deer in the road and was thrown off his motorcycle. According to MSHP, Maccash was declared deceased at the spot. At the time of the collision, Maccash was not wearing a helmet, according to MSHP.
