He was announced dead through a Facebook post that reads “It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the Phoenixville Police Department must announce that we lost one of our own last night. Officer Arthur Scena IV was tragically killed in a vehicular crash in Warminster Township, Bucks County.”
