Orthopedic Surgeon Joel B Gonzales, MD of Denver, Colorado died by suicide. He passed away on Friday 25th October 2024. He was announced dead on Monday through a post shared on Facebook that reads “I am sad to share the news that Dr. Joel Gonzales, orthopedic surgeon extraordinaire, and an occasional rider in the PHP (several years back he was a regular when he lived in Crestmoor) and who was a sponsor (with his practice Orthopedic Associates) of the original blue and white PHP kit, passed away this past Friday, having taken his own life.”
