You consistently demonstrated genuine support, love, and care, reminiscent of Rick Flair’s charismatic style.” The actual cause of his death has not been released.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2008, Roland embarked on a professional journey that has seen him take on a variety of roles, each contributing to his development as a leader in athletic programming and facility management. His professional path began at the University of Georgia, where he served as the Strength and Conditioning Manager for the Department of Recreational Sports from December 2005 to December 2008.

In this role, he was responsible for developing strength training programs and conditioning regimens for student-athletes, ensuring they met peak performance levels. His work not only helped athletes achieve their fitness goals but also instilled a foundation of teamwork and discipline that would be essential throughout his career.

In January 2010, Roland transitioned to the Brad Akins YMCA in Winder, GA, where he took on the role of Assistant Athletic Director. Over the course of ten months, he demonstrated his versatility by overseeing the scheduling of athletic programming, marketing initiatives, and recruitment efforts. His ability to organize and maintain YMCA athletic programs showcased his commitment to community engagement and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.

Following his stint at the YMCA, Roland joined Omni Club of Athens as a Regional Manager in April 2011. He held this position for over six years, during which he honed his skills in facility management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. His leadership played a crucial role in enhancing member experience and driving the success of the club’s fitness programs.

In June 2017, Roland took on the role of Account Manager at Life Time – Healthy Way of Life in Lawrenceville, GA. Here, he focused on building relationships with members and ensuring their needs were met through tailored fitness solutions. His customer-centric approach was key to fostering loyalty and satisfaction among the club’s members.

Since June 2018, Pharis Roland has served as the Vice President of Operations at X3 Sports. In this leadership role, he is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the organization, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality athletic programming. His vision and expertise continue to shape the organization’s growth and success, as he works to inspire athletes of all levels to reach their potential.
