The victim has been identified as Andrej Kucher of Atlanta Georgia. According to reports, Andrej Kucher, a well-known Rigging Electrician at IATSE Local 479 passed away from the shooting incident. He was pronounced dead due to his injuries sustained.

One of the men shot early Saturday morning and transported to Renown has died from his injuries. A second man is in critical condition, while two others are hospitalized with injuries. The identity of the deceased will be released after notifications have been made.
The Reno Police Department’s Robbery Homicide Unit is handling the investigation. The suspect in the shooting has been identified as 42-year-old John Paul Seger. At around 2:00 a.m., the Reno Police SWAT Team and Critical Incident Negotiation Team arrested Seger on Cedar Street.
He faces charges of open murder, battery with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
